WELCOME BACK FROM PRINCIPAL RICH GORTON

Dear Hidden Valley Learning Community,

Welcome to the 2016-17 school year!

On Monday, August 22nd, our first day of school, new Vice Principal, Elizabeth Lanfranki Law, and I will be hosting a brief welcome meeting for parents in the multi-use room, which will begin at approximately 8:20 am. All Hidden Valley parents/guardians are invited and encouraged to attend.

I have also provided you with a link to the MDUSD Parent Information Packet. This is a valuable resource that you can refer to for calendars, policies and other resources throughout the school year. In particular, I would encourage you and your child to review the section on student conduct and discipline on pages 37-49 to familiarize yourselves with that information. http://mdusd-ca.schoolloop.com/file/1397282996638/1451351450035/5374609293507169208.pdf

On behalf of all the teachers and staff at Hidden Valley, we look forward to a productive and successful year with you and your child, or children.

Thank you for all of your efforts and contributions to help build a positive and collaborative learning environment at Hidden Valley.

Sincerely,

Rich Gorton, Principal
